Sauté garlic, chili, and corn in butter till corn is completely thawed. Remove from heat; add tomatoes, salt and oregano. Pour into greased 10x6x2 inch baking dish; crack eggs carefully and put evenly spaced, on top. Bake till eggs are set, at 400° F about 15 minutes. Serve over or with toasted muffins, if desired.
