Scotchish Eggs

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs pork sausage
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

Season pork with salt and pepper. Wrap around eggs. Roll them in beaten egg, then into corn flakes. Bake at 400° F or 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
