Burnt Sugar Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Butter, softened
  • 16 oz. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Speck of salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp Light cream/evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup Burnt sugar syrup from cake

Preparation:

Cream the butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat in the powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, and burnt sugar syrup. Add cream to make the frosting good consistency for spreading. (May need up to 2 Tablespoons or more.)
