One-Bowl Buttercream Frosting

Cocoa for Frostings Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup For Light Flavor
  • 1/2 cup For Medium Flavor
  • 3/4 cup For Dark Flavor
Frosting Ingredients:
  • 6 Tbsp Butter or Margarine; Softened
  • 2 2/3 cup confectioner's Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation:

Cream the butter in a small mixing bowl. Blend in the cocoa and confectioner's sugar, alternately with the milk, and continue to beat until a spreading consistency is reached.

Additional milk may be needed. Blend in the vanilla.

Servings: 2 cups of frosting
