Cilantro-Mint Relish

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Minced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp Minced ginger
  • 2 Minced green chilis
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Minced mint
  • 1 bunch (small) cilantro minced
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Limes, juice
