Cilantro-Mint Relish
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Minced red onion
1 Tbsp Minced ginger
2 Minced green chilis
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Minced mint
1 bunch (small) cilantro minced
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Water
2 Limes, juice
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
