Sausage Gravy

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs ground sausage
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Fry sausage till brown and drain. In large skillet, combine margarine and flour. Brown lightly. Add milk until you get a medium gravy consistency.

Add sausage and heat thoroughly. Simmer about 10 minutes. Serve over biscuits or plain toast.
