Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 lbs rhubarb
  • 6 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 box Sure-Jell

Preparation:

Thinly slice or chop stalks of rhubarb. Add 1 cup water. Cover and simmer 2 minutes or until soft. To 4 1/2 cups prepared rhubarb, add sugar and Sure-Jell.

Follow recipe on Sure-Jell package. Add red food coloring if desired.

Servings: 7 cups
