Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

Ingredients:
  • 5 cup rhubarb, diced
  • 4 cup white sugar
  • 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello

Preparation:

Cook together the rhubarb and sugar until the rhubarb is soft. Stir in Jello until well mixed. Put in jars with covers and store in refrigerator.

May be frozen but leave room at top for expansion of the jam.
