Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients:
  • 5 cup diced rhubarb
  • 4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 sm. pkg. - 3 oz. each strawberry Jello mix

Preparation:

Bring rhubarb and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add dry Jello mix. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Pour into jars and seal.
