Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup rhubarb, cut in small pieces
  • 2 cup strawberries, cut up
  • 1 tsp, salt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 box sure jell

Preparation:

In heavy sauce pan put rhubarb, strawberries, salt, lemon juice and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Add sure jell and cool. Put into small containers and freeze.
