Combine flour, salt, paprika, cayenne, and cheese. Add butter. Mix well. Add beer and blend until it reaches an oatmeal consistency.
Roll onto a pan and shape into a roll 1 in diameter. Wrap and freeze for 1 hour.
Slice into rounds 1/8 thick, sprinkle with seeds and press with fork lightly.
Bake at 450° F for 12 minutes.
