Japanese Fruit Pie #1

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Preparation:

Combine first 6 ingredients by hand. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350° F for 30 to 45 minutes.
