Japanese Fruit Pie #4

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 pie shells, unbaked

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Melt butter and cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Put in 2 unbaked pie shells and bake for 45 minutes or until done.

Servings: 2 pie
