Fruity Soy Shakes
Ingredients:
1 cup Vanilla soymilk; chilled
5 oz. Japanese-style soft silkentofu, chilled and cubed
2 cup Fresh or frozen fruit; oneor more varieties of choice
1 Tbsp Honey; (up to 2), or brownrice syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.
Servings: 2 shakes
