Lamb Chops Provencale

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 6 Loin lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter

Preparation:

Mix seasonings. Rub into meat. Blend milk with egg. Dust chops with flour. Dip into egg. Dredge in crumbs. Heat oil and butter.

Fry chops, 5 minutes on each side. Serve very hot.
