Cox's Dry BBQ Rub
Ingredients:
5 Tbsp Paprika
4 Tbsp MSG
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Cayanne pepper
1 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cloves
4 Tbsp Seasoned pepper
4 tsp Onion powder
3 Tbsp Chili powder
1 Tbsp Salt
Preparation:
Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 to 8 weeks.
