Matt Fisher's BBQ Rub
Ingredients:
12 Tbsp Chili powder plus 1 ts
1 Tbsp Paprika plus 1 ts
2 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp grd Cloves
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp tarragon
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp msg
2 bayleaves crushed
Preparation:
Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 to 8 weeks.
