Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut apple pie filling into small pieces. In large bowl mix together egg, sugar, spice, pie filling and whipped topping. Add bisquick and mix. Batter will be lumpy. Spoon into muffin cups three quarters full.
Top with crumb topping (apple spice muffin crumb topping recipe). Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
