Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 lbs sliced mushrooms
  • 2 - 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lbs Velveeta
  • 3/4 cup chopped, pitted black olives
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 lbs spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Preparation:

Brown ground beef. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook over very low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, velveeta and olives. When cheese has melted, add salt and pepper.

Stir into cooked spaghetti and pour into greased dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
