Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Ricotta cheese
- 2 cup Mozzarella cheese; grated
- 1 cup Parmasean cheese; grated
- 2 Large egg yolks
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Fresh garlic; minced
- 1 Tbsp Dry oregano
- 1 Tbsp Dry basil
- To Taste kosher salt
- To Taste black pepper
