Cook rice according to package directions. Preheat oven to 400° F. In a medium skillet, sauté next 7 ingredients. Add seasonings and mix until blended. Add soup and stir well.
Add crabmeat, shrimp and cooked rice. Stir to combine. Place 1/3 to 1/2 cup of mixture into each pie shell. Bake at 400° F. for 20 minutes.
