Filled Danish Pastry

Ingredients:
  • 1 pk (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 Stick butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • Apricot preserves
  • Chopped nuts

Preparation:

Mix ingredients, except preserves and nuts. Shape into balls the size of a walnut and press into miniature muffin tins. Fill with 1 teaspoon apricot (or any fruit) preserves, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Bake at 325° F for 20 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned.
