Spread mustard on top of cheese and sprinkle with parsley, chives & basil. Place cheese, mustard side down, in center of pastry. Wrap package style, trimming excess, and seal seam.
Place seam side down on lightly greased cookie sheet. Brush with egg and chill for 30 minutes. Bake at 375° F or 20 minutes. Brush with egg and bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with assorted crackers.
