Plain Pastry

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Lard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 4 Tbsp Cold water

Preparation:

Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in lard. Add water a little at a time until dough holds together. Roll out onto lightly floured board.
