Speedy Pat-In Pastry

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Milk; cold
  • 3/4 tsp Salt

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in processor, blend and pour the mixture into a pie plate. Pat it firmly around the edges first, then through the middle. No rolling or wasting bits of pastry, and so fast that it can be done in five minutes.
