Blend margarine, flour, 1/4 cup sugar and salt with dough blender. Add 3 egg yolks and milk with yeast dissolved in it. Blend well and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Divide dough into 4 parts.
Roll each part to 15-inch rectangle. Beat 3 egg whites until fluffy. Add 3/4 cup sugar gradually. Spread 1/4 of egg mixture on each part of dough. Add crushed nut meats.
Roll up each part and place on cookie shee Tbsp Bake at 350° F or 20 - 25 minutes. Cool on rack. May top with confectioner's icing.
