Stir flour and salt together; cut in shortening until pieces are the size of small peas. Add yogur Tbsp Gently stir with a fork until all the mixture is moistened.
Form into a ball. Flatten dough on lightly floured surface. Roll 1/8-inch thick. Fit pastry into 8-inch pie plate. Flute edges. Prick well with fork. Bake at 450° F until golden, about 10 minutes.
