Fancy Style Peas

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 sl Bacon
  • 2 cup Peas; fresh shelled
  • 8 Tiny onions
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation:

Cook butter and bacon for 5 minutes. Remove bacon, add peas and some water; boil about 15 minutes. Also boil onions in a little salted water.

Crumble bacon. Drain peas and onions. Combine peas, onions, bacon, cream and seasonings. Heat through and serve.
