Apple Custard Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 2 cup chopped apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation:

Mix together apples, egg, milk, flour and sugar. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350° F for 1 hour. Spoon topping on top of pie and bake for another 20 minutes. Strawberries taste good too!
