*Follow directions in Pesto Pizza for handling of dough. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp cheese over each round of dough. Arrange 1/2 cup tomato, 1/4 cup zucchini, 1 cup mushrooms and a few slices onions over the cheese.
Sprinkle 1 tsp basil over the top and season with salt and pepper. Following baking directions in Pesto Pizza.
