Pressure cook the hen about 35 minutes. Take off burner.
Start dough - it takes about 20 minutes to mix. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Divide flour mixture in half and add Crisco to one half of flour mixture.
Put yeast into the warm water, add sugar and let stand 5 minutes. Stir yeast into flour and Crisco mixture. Add the rest of the flour and warm water.
To make dough not too soft, mix with hands until real smooth - about 10 minutes.
Put dough into greased pot - a small big pot). Let rise to double size - to the top of the pot. This will take 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Grease the biggest pot with rack in the bottom. Takes about 15 minutes to fix. Put chicken bone pieces in the bottom of the pot. Put layers of cut dough on top until all chicken and dough is used.
Pour chicken stock over all - up even with the dough. Bring to a boil. Turn temperature knobs to 2 - 3, back and forth until done. This takes about 60 minutes. keep them boiling. Don't lift the lid.
