Butter two slices of sourdough bread. In a skillet, heat roast beef slices and set aside, keeping warm.
Butter-side down, assemble sandwich with roast beef slices, bacon, Ortega chiles and Swiss cheese. Top with second slice of sourdough, butter side up.
Over medium heat, Grill sandwich on both sides until browned on both sides and cheese is melted.
Serve with French fries and salad.
