P.F. Chang's China Bistro Cantonese Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp chicken base powder (no MSG)
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp choosing wine or sherry
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Preparation:

Very concentrated. Use sparingly when stir frying vegetables or tossing with noodles. Refrigerates well, up to a month. Stir thoroughly before using.
