Soren's Restaurant Dilled Potatoes and Sour Cream

Ingredients:
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1 lbs sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation:

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes.

Combine sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Add to cooked potatoes and chill.
