Spahn's Big Horn Mountain Bed and Breakfast Buffalo Burgundy

Ingredients:
  • 3 lbs buffalo (or beef) stew meat
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup burgundy wine
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Preparation:

Cube stew meat into 1-inch pieces. Brown in oil. Place ingredients in a covered casserole dish and bake 3 hours at 300° F.

Serve over hot rice.
