Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in rice. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Cook eggs in margarine until set Add onion and cooked rice.
Stir over medium heat until rice and onion are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Combine remaining water and soy sauce. Stir into rice. Pour kitchen bouquet over rice to make brown.
