Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl. Mix eggs and sugar into the yeast mixture. Add the salt and the oil. Beating well after each addition, mix in the flour 1 cup at a time. Cover the bowl with a cloth; let rise until double in size.
Punch center of dough to let the air out Make into rolls; cover and let rise until double in size again. Bake at 400° F until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
