Anchovy Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 6 Tbsp Star Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Star Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Star Anchovy fillets, chopped fine
  • water

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a covered jar and shake well. Chill in refrigerator. Before serving, shake thoroughly.
