Balsamic House Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Clove garlic; crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh rosemary; marjoram,-savory or other herbs
  • 1-1/2 cup Olive oil

Preparation:

Blend vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs together. Whisk in olive oil. Let stand in refrigerator for 30 mins. before serving.

Will keep for about 1 week.

Servings: Makes 2 cups
