Balsamic Vinegrette Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 8 Tbsp Water
  • 2 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard; fat free
  • 8 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 cl Garlic; crushed
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley; chopped

Preparation:

Mix all in a jar and shake vigorously.
