Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup - 2 1/2 oz. Danish blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Preparation:

In a small bowl, crumble Danish blue cheese with a fork. Blend in mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, pepper, garlic, sour cream, onion and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours to blend flavors.

Makes about 2 cups
