This recipe is very simple and fast to make. What you end up with is a great tasting red salsa that provides an excellent slow-building burn to the center of your tongue with just a hint of garlic and orange flavor.
Soak ancho peppers in hot water for 15 minutes. Then remove the stems and seeds. Place ancho peppers, orange juice, bell peppers, garlic and salt in food processer as shown below.
Purée for 2 minutes until smooth. Serve over grilled chicken or fish. May be served with chips.
