Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans or equivalent
- 1 red
- 1 green pepper, diced
- kernels of 4 ears of corn, cooked
- even more jalapeños, diced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp chile powder to taste
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Preparation:
Mix and chill.
