Ingredients:
- 1 lrg red bell pepper, roasted, skinned and julienned
- 1 lrg yellow bell pepper, roasted, skinned and julienned
- 1 lrg poblano chile, roasted, skinned and julienned
- 1 Roma tomato, blackened and roughly chopped
- 4 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
- 1/2 Tbsp chopped roasted garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients.
