All-Purpose Barbecue Sauce 2

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Catsup
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dr Bottled hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp Minced onions

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in slow-cooking pot. cover and cook on low 2 to 3 hours.

Good on spareribs, chicken, pork chops, sliced roast beef.

Yields: 2 1/4 cups
