Combine all ingredients into a clean dry plastic bag. Seal bag and shake well, about 1 minute or until mixed thoroughly.
Pour into a jar or canister labeled with proportion for making l cup white sauce. Cover, store on shelf.
To Make Sauce: Thin Sauce - 1/3 cup mix and 1 cup water.
Medium Sauce - 1/2 cup mix and 1 cup water.
Thick Sauce - 2/3 cup mix and 1 cup water.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick.
