Clean fish and slit down center. Sprinkle inside w/lemon juice. Salt and pepper and let stand 20 min. Drain and place in baking dish and stuff w/parsley and oregano. Sauté onions and garlic lightly 3 min. in olive oil. Pour over fish.
Arrange sliced lemon on top of fish, add water and bake in oven 375° F. for 45 to 50 min. or until fish is tender. Baste occasionally with pan juice.
