Baked Beans Recipe #4

Ingredients:
  • 1 (no. 10) can pork and beans
  • 8 oz. ketchup
  • 4 oz. mustard
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 lbs brown sugar
  • 1 lbs sausage

Preparation:

Combine beans, ketchup, mustard, onion, and brown sugar in large mixing bowl. Pour into 10 x 14 inch casserole dish. Pinch pieces of sausage across top leaving rough edges.

Bake uncovered at 275° F or 2 1/2 hours. Remove from oven let stand 15 minutes. Serve hot.
