Diabetic Baked Beans

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup dry beans (soaked overnight)
  • 2 Tbsp onion
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp dry gravy browning sauce
  • 2 Tbsp oleo or margarine

Preparation:

Bake above ingredients 4 hours in oven at 300° F or (about 8 hours in slow cooker.) Serving size is 1/2 cup.
