Hearty Baked Beans

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs hamburger meat
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 - 12 oz. cans pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 3 Tbsp catsup

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Pour all 3 cans pork and beans into a 13x9-inch pan. Stir in brown sugar, mustard and catsup. Drain grease from hamburger meat. Stir meat mixture into beans. Mix thoroughly. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
